Rescuing the Coast Guard Academy...
When the Coast Guard leadership decided that incoming cadets would require an orientation process that kept civilian subject-matter experts and new military recruits completely separated, I proposed, designed, and developed a hybridized orientation training program. This program resulted in zero cadet infraction events through the summer of 2020.

As Covid-19 spread across the United States, I designed and developed a hand-washing training program that resulted in zero new cases of covid infections among the civilian workforce through Spring 2020.
